CRI Middleware Co., Ltd. <3698> [TSE-G] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 7th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 increased by 1.1% from the previous period to 383 million yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 2.9% to 394 million yen. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue and profit growth.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 15 yen to 20 yen (compared to 15 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 20 yen for the current term as well.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased by 85.3% from the same period last year, reaching 176 million yen. The operating profit margin jumped from 11.0% in the same period last year to 19.2%.
