YRGLM, Net Income Forecast for Last Fiscal Year Revised Downward to a Loss

YRGLM Inc. <3690> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 21st (15:30). The consolidated net income/loss forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2025 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 100 million yen to a loss of 140 million yen (compared to a profit of 68 million yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook. However, the full-year forecast for consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 42.1%, from the previous forecast of 190 million yen to 270 million yen (compared to 162 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 17.3% to 66.7%.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the April to September period (second half) consolidated net income/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 74 million yen to a loss of 166 million yen (compared to a profit of 16 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
