Earnings ReportZIGExN Co., Ltd. <3679> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 13th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 1.9% from the previous period to 3.87 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 3.8% to 4.02 billion yen, marking the fourth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the fourth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 11 yen, an increase of 0.5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income grew 4.6% from the same period last year, reaching 1.07 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 24.2% in the same period last year to 22.3%.
