The consolidated net loss for the fiscal year ending September 2024 expanded to a loss of 452 million yen (compared to a loss of 420 million yen in the previous period). This marks the eleventh consecutive term of losses. Furthermore, the company did not disclose the performance outlook for the fiscal year ending September 2025.

At the same time, the company has decided to forego the previously undecided year-end lump-sum dividend, and has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.
