Ascentech, 27% Decrease in Ordinary Profit for The Current Fiscal Year, Dividend Effectively Increased

Ascentech K.K. <3565> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 17th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended January 2026 expanded to 2.4 times that of the previous period to 2.89 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending January 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 27.4% from the previous period to 2.10 billion yen.

At the same time, the annual dividend for this fiscal year is 15 yen, taking into account the forward stock split scheduled to be allocated on April 30, this dividend represents an actual increase of 50.0%.

In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 46.8% from the same period last year, reaching 0.54 billion yen. The operating profit margin drastically improved from 3.2% in the same period last year to 10.6%.
