Hobonichi Co.,Ltd. <3560> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 11th (17:45). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending August 2024 decreased by 7.0% from the previous period to 543 million yen. For the fiscal year ending August 2025, the profit is expected to expand to 40.0% to 760 million yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in six years. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 90 yen, an increase of 45 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from June to August (4Q), the ordinary loss expanded to a loss of 146 million yen (compared to a loss of 85 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin worsened from -6.9% in the same period last year to -9.2%.
