AXAS HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <3536> [TSE-S] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on October 11th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the fiscal year ending August 2024 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 280 million yen to a loss of 102 million yen (compared to a profit of 33 million yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the March to August period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 338 million yen to a loss of 44 million yen (compared to a loss of 100 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.

Due to a decline in performance, the company has significantly reduced its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 4 yen to 2 yen (compared to 4 yen in the previous period).
