AZOOM CO.,LTD <3496> [TSE-G] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 increased by 42.8% from the previous period to 1.82 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to expand to 36.3% to 2.49 billion yen, marking the sixth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the twelfth consecutive term of revenue and the sixth consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 40 yen, an increase of 15 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased by 57.3% from the same period last year, reaching 574 million yen. The operating profit margin rose from 16.0% in the same period last year to 19.3%.
