Nippon Hotel & Residential Investment Corporation <3472> [TSE REIT] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on November 12th (16:00). The ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending November 2025 has been revised upward 4.2%, from the previous forecast of 730 million yen to 761 million yen (compared to 623 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 17.2% to 22.2%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for two consecutive terms.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned distribution for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 2356 yen to 2455 yen (compared to 2013 yen in the previous period).
