Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Park <3471> [TSE REIT] announced a performance revision after the market closed on July 25th (15:45). The ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending July 2025, which will be an irregular nine-month accounting period due to a change in the fiscal year end has been revised upward 19.9%, from the previous forecast of 7.75 billion yen to 9.29 billion yen.
