Marimo Regional Revitalization REIT <3470> [TSE REIT] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on May 22nd (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending June 2025 has been revised upward 19.9%, from the previous forecast of 732 million yen to 878 million yen (compared to 977 million yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 25.1% to 10.1%.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned distribution for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 3101 yen to 3542 yen (compared to 3617 yen in the previous period).
