B-Lot Company Limited <3452> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on April 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2025 has been revised upward 17.5%, from the previous forecast of 5.32 billion yen to 6.25 billion yen (compared to 5.81 billion yen in the previous period), record profits reach three consecutive terms, turning to a 7.6% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

In light of the strong performance, the company has decided to forego the previously undecided the dividend for the first half for this fiscal year, and the previously undecided the dividend for the second half will be set at 70 yen. The annual dividend will be increased by 9 yen from the previous period to 70 yen.
