INABA SEISAKUSHO Co.,Ltd. <3421> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on February 28th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending July 2025 has decreased 42.5%, from the previous forecast of 3.6 billion yen to 2.07 billion yen (compared to 3.4 billion yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 39.2% decrease in profit.

At the same time, the August to January period (1H) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 54.6%, from the previous forecast of 1.52 billion yen to 0.69 billion yen (compared to 1.54 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 1.6% to 55.3%.
