Toell Co.,Ltd. <3361> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 13th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending April 2025 (May 2024 to January 2025) decreased 11.7% from the same period last year to 1.66 billion yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 2.75 billion yen was 60.6%, almost the same as the five-year average of 60.7%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the February to April period (4Q) is expected to grow 10.8% from the same period last year, reaching 1.08 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 0.7 billion yen, a 8.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 9.2% in the same period last year to 7.7%.
