TOWA FOOD SERVICE CO.,LTD. <3329> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 28th (13:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending April 2025 (May 2024 to January 2025) increased 8.6% from the same period last year, reaching 0.81 billion yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 1 billion yen was 81.0%, also surpassing the four-year average of 76.7%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit for the February to April period (4Q) is expected to drop 37.3% from the same period last year to 0.19 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (3Q), the ordinary profit grew 15.2% from the same period last year, reaching 0.34 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 8.9% in the same period last year to 10.0%.
