CROSS PLUS INC. <3320> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending January 2025 dropped 35.4% from the previous period to 1.27 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending January 2026, the profit is expected to recover in a V-shape, increasing by 9.8% to 1.4 billion yen. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 46 yen, an increase of 16 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (4Q), the consolidated ordinary loss expanded to a loss of 0.25 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.17 billion yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin worsened from -1.5% in the same period last year to -1.9%.
