FLYING GARDEN CO., LTD <3317> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 3rd (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) decreased 17.7% from the same period last year to 404 million yen. However, the progress rate toward the full-year plan of 490 million yen was 82.4%, also surpassing the five-year average of 79.7%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to grow 1.2% from the same period last year, reaching 86 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the ordinary profit grew 9.8% from the same period last year, reaching 134 million yen. However, the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 5.9% in the same period last year to 5.9%.
