Sansei Landic Co.,Ltd <3277> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 13th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended December 2025 increased by 16.8% from the previous period to 1852 million yen. For the fiscal year ending December 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 2.6% to 1900 million yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 51 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary loss expanded to a loss of 538 million yen (compared to a loss of 4 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically worsened from 1.7% in the same period last year to -11.1%.
