Eternal Hospitality Group Co.,Ltd. <3193> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on June 6th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending July 2025 (August 2024 to April 2025) decreased 26.8% from the same period last year to 1.98 billion yen. Progress toward the full-year plan of 3.02 billion yen was 65.7%, also falling below the five-year average of 91.4%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the May to July period (4Q) is expected to expand 90.1% from the same period last year, reaching 1.03 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from February to April (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 0.65 billion yen, a 36.7% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin drastically worsened from 9.5% in the same period last year to 6.1%.
