CHIMNEY CO., LTD. <3178> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has decreased 36.9%, from the previous forecast of 1.03 billion yen to 0.65 billion yen (compared to 1.05 billion yen in the previous period), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 2.5% to 38.4%.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 57.5%, from the previous forecast of 0.20 billion yen to 0.08 billion yen (compared to 0.36 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 44.4% to 76.4%.
