Tea Life Co.,Ltd <3172> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on September 4th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending July 2024 dropped by 33.2% from the previous period to 564 million yen. For the fiscal year ending July 2025, the profit is expected to recover in a V-shape, increasing by 15.1% to 649 million yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 40 yen, a decrease of 6 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from May to July (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 223 million yen, a 31.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 8.8% in the same period last year to 6.7%.
