Maruzen CHI Holdings Co., Ltd. <3159> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending January 2025 decreased 6.2% from the previous period to 3.45 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending January 2026, the profit is expected to grow by 1.3% to 3.5 billion yen. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 4 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 1.2 billion yen, a 16.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 3.6% in the same period last year to 2.8%.
