Earnings ReportSHINDEN HIGHTEX CORPORATION <3131> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 12th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 86.2% from the previous period to 0.92 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 29.2% to 1.2 billion yen. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 130 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 11 times that of the same period last year, reaching 0.41 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 3.0% in the same period last year to 5.2%.
