OCEAN SYSTEM CORPORATION <3096> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on August 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) increased 5.9% from the same period last year, reaching 661 million yen. Progress toward the plan for the six months ending September (first half) of 967 million yen was 68.4%, also surpassing the five-year average of 62.9%.

In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (1Q), the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 2.7% in the same period last year to 2.6%.
