Horiifoodservice Co.,Ltd. <3077> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on September 12th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending November 2025 (an irregular 8-month accounting period) has been revised upward 2.7 times, from the previous forecast of 42 million yen to 112 million yen.

Furthermore, April to September (first half) ordinary profit/loss forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of profit of 1 million yen(compared to a loss of 33 million yen in the previous period).

Note: Due to a change in the fiscal year ending November 2025 (8-month fiscal year), comparisons with the same period in the previous year are not provided since there is no corresponding period.
