BIC CAMERA INC. <3048> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results at noon (12:00) on January 14th. The consolidated ordinary profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending August 2026 (September to November) expanded 7.66 billion yen, an increase 59.6% compared to the same period last year. Progress toward the plan for the six months ending February (first half) of 14.9 billion yen was 51.4%, also surpassing the five-year average of 29.6%.

In the most recent three-month period, from September to November (1Q), the operating profit margin improved from 2.0% in the same period last year to 3.1%.
