Earnings ReportQol Holdings Co.,Ltd. <3034> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 9th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 49.4% from the previous period to 13.8 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 12.8% to 15.6 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 46 yen, an increase of 12 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 2.47 billion yen, a 9.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 5.7% in the same period last year to 3.7%.
