HUB CO.,LTD. <3030> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 14th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending February 2025 expanded 72.9% from the previous period to 441 million yen. In the fiscal year ending February 2026, the profit is expected to grow by 2.0% to 450 million yen. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 9 yen to 10 yen (compared to 6 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 10 yen for the current term as well.

In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (4Q), the ordinary profit increased 52.6% from the same period last year, reaching 58 million yen. The operating profit margin improved from 1.7% in the same period last year to 2.3%.
