LA Holdings Co.,Ltd. <2986> [TSE Growth] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the morning on November 26th (10:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 has been revised upward by 22.6%, from the previous forecast of 5.3 billion yen to 6.5 billion yen (compared to 4.94 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 7.3% to 31.6%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for four consecutive terms.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase by 29.0%, from the previous forecast of 4.13 billion yen to 5.33 billion yen (compared to 2.27 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 81.8% to 2.3 times.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 240 yen to 290 yen (compared to 211 yen in the previous period).
