ESCON JAPAN REIT Investment Corporation <2971> [TSE REIT] announced a revision to its performance and dividend at noon (12:00) on March 13th. The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending January 2025 has been revised upward 5.8%, from the previous forecast of 1.18 billion yen to 1.25 billion yen (compared to 1.17 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 1.2% to 7.1%.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned distribution for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 3280 yen to 3474 yen (compared to 3242 yen in the previous period).
