SHINOZAKIYA,INC. <2926> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 8th (15:30). The ordinary loss (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending September 2024 was loss of 6 million yen, a reduction in the deficit compared to loss of 6 million yen in the previous term. The result was better than the previously estimated deficit of loss of 7 million yen. This marks the third consecutive term of losses. Furthermore, the company did not disclose the performance outlook for the fiscal year ending September 2025.

At the same time, the company has decided to forego the previously undecided year-end lump-sum dividend, and has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.
