Earnings ReportNATORI CO., LTD. <2922> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 9th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 6.3% from the previous period to 2.02 billion yen, falling below the forecast of 2.17 billion yen, a complete reversal from the forecasted increase in profit. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 9.6% from the previous period to 1.83 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 26 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary loss expanded to a loss of 0.18 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.06 billion yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin worsened from -0.9% in the same period last year to -1.8%.
