PIETRO Co., Ltd. <2818> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on May 9th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has decreased 25.6%, from the previous forecast of 215 million yen to 160 million yen (compared to 201 million yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 20.4% decrease in profit.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 45.5%, from the previous forecast of 121 million yen to 66 million yen (compared to 14 million yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to a reduction in the profit growth rate from 8.6 times to 4.7 times.
