BULL-DOG SAUCE CO.,LTD. <2804> [TSE-P] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 25th (15:00). The consolidated operating profit/loss for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) turned into a loss of 60 million yen (compared to a profit of 361 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated operating profit/loss for the October to March period (second half) is expected to turn into a profit of 360 million yen (compared to a loss of 198 million yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (2Q), the consolidated operating profit significantly dropped to 43 million yen, a 73.5% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin drastically worsened from 4.5% in the same period last year to 1.2%.
