Guidance Update Report

Hiramatsu Inc. <2764> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 6th (16:00). The consolidated net income forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 3.0 times, from the previous forecast of 0.07 billion yen to 0.21 billion yen (compared to 1.53 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 95.4% to 86.2%.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated net income/loss has been revised upward from an expected loss of 0.15 billion yen to a loss of 0.02 billion yen (compared to a profit of 1.67 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), indicating a reduction in the loss margin.
