Guidance Update Report

YKT CORPORATION <2693> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on December 13th (15:30). The consolidated operating profit/loss for the fiscal year ending December 2024 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 250 million yen to a loss of 60 million yen (compared to a profit of 386 million yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (second half) consolidated operating profit has downwardly 92.3%, from the previous forecast of 336 million yen to 26 million yen (compared to a loss of 4 million yen in the same period of the previous year).
