Earnings ReportPremium Water Holdings,Inc. <2588> [TSE Std] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 13th (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 2.5% from the previous period to 5.63 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to expand to 15.4% to 6.5 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in three years.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 95 yen to 100 yen (compared to 80 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 110 yen, an increase of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income significantly dropped to 0.73 billion yen, a 63.7% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin rose from 11.8% in the same period last year to 13.2%.
