Oriental Consultants Holdings Company Limited <2498> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 14th (15:45). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 decreased by 5.5% from the previous period to 4.02 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to expand to 11.9% to 4.5 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in three years. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 200 yen, an increase of 25 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit/loss turned to a loss of 479 million yen (compared to a profit of 494 million yen in the same period last year). However, the operating profit margin improved from 1.7% in the same period last year to 3.6%.
