JTP CO.,Ltd. <2488> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 14th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) expanded 598 million yen, an increase 41.0% compared to the same period last year. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 680 million yen was 87.9%, also surpassing the five-year average of 64.3%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to significant drop 66.0% from the same period last year to 82 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the ordinary profit increased 54.8% from the same period last year, reaching 257 million yen. The operating profit margin improved from 8.2% in the same period last year to 10.2%.
