LIKE Co.,Ltd. <2462> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on April 11th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending May 2025 (June 2024 to February 2025) decreased 19.8% from the same period last year to 1.39 billion yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 4 billion yen was 34.9%, also falling below the five-year average of 42.7%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the March to May period (4Q) is expected to grow 17.7% from the same period last year, reaching 2.6 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from December to February (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit amounted to 0.61 billion yen, a 2.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 4.5% in the same period last year to 4.1%.
