SHINWA WISE HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <2437> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on April 8th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending May 2025 (June 2024 to February 2025) turned into a profit of 75 million yen (compared to a loss of 182 million yen in the same period last year). The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 330 million yen was 22.7%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the March to May period (4Q) is expected to turn into a profit of 255 million yen (compared to a loss of 40 million yen in the same period last year).
