TSUKADA GLOBAL HOLDINGS Inc. <2418> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 8th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) decreased by 7.6% from the same period last year to 2.37 billion yen. The progress rate against the 6.31 billion yen full-year plan was 37.6%, also falling below the five-year average of 47.8%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to grow by 24.2% from the same period last year, reaching 3.94 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit/loss turned to a loss of 917 million yen (compared to a profit of 404 million yen in the same period last year). However, the operating profit margin improved from 0.9% in the same period last year to 2.4%.
