M3 Inc, 11% Increase in Net Income for The Current Fiscal Year

Earnings ReportM3, Inc. <2413> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on May 2nd (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 10.6% from the previous period to 40.4 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is expected to grow by 11.2% to 45 billion yen.
At the same time, the company decided to implement a year-end dividend of 21 yen for the previous term, which had been previously undecided, and has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income decreased to 7.94 billion yen, a 8.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin rose from 15.8% in the same period last year to 16.2%.
