Guidance Update ReportASJ INC. <2351> [TSE Growth] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on May 12th (18:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 2.1 times, from the previous forecast of 115 million yen to 245 million yen (compared to 112 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 2.7% to 2.2 times, reaches new record high for the first time in eighteen terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated net income is expected to increase 2.2 times, from the previous forecast of 105 million yen to 235 million yen (compared to 143 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 64.3% increase in the consolidated net income outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has significantly increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 2 yen to 3 yen (compared to 2 yen in the previous period).
