Guidance Update ReportCROSS CAT CO.,LTD. <2307> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on February 20th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 10.4%, from the previous forecast of 1.63 billion yen to 1.8 billion yen (compared to 1.57 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 3.8% to 14.6%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for four consecutive terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 23.2%, from the previous forecast of 0.73 billion yen to 0.9 billion yen (compared to 0.86 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 4.8% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 28 yen to 31 yen (compared to 28 yen in the previous period).
