TAKIZAWA HAM CO.,LTD. <2293> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on February 28th (14:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised downward from an expected loss of 102 million yen to a loss of 430 million yen (compared to a profit of 173 million yen in the previous period), indicating an expansion in the loss margin.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 105 million yen to a loss of 223 million yen (compared to a profit of 117 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.

Due to a decline in performance, the plan to pay a year-end lump-sum dividend of 20 yen has been abandoned, and the policy has been set to forego dividends for the first time in two terms, falling to a no-dividend status (compared to 20 yen in the prior term).
