Morozoff Limited <2217> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on July 30th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending January 2026 has decreased 0.9%, from the previous forecast of 1.07 billion yen to 1.06 billion yen (compared to 2.09 billion yen in the previous period), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 49.0% to 49.5%. However, the full-year forecast for consolidated net income has been revised upward 1.8%, from the previous forecast of 0.57 billion yen to 0.58 billion yen (compared to 1.41 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 59.7% to 59.0%.

However, the February to July period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 5.6%, from the previous forecast of 0.36 billion yen to 0.38 billion yen (compared to 0.74 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 51.9% to 49.2%.
