Earnings ReportMembers Co. ,Ltd. <2130> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on October 31st (15:30). The net income/loss (non-consolidated) for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) turned into a profit of 195 million yen (compared to a loss of 321 million yen in the previous period), exceeded the previous forecast of 60 million yen.
In addition, the full-year forecast for net income has been revised upward 16.3%, from the previous forecast of 800 million yen to 930 million yen (compared to 349 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 2.3 times to 2.7 times.
Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the net income for the October to March period (second half) is expected to grow 9.7% from the same period last year, reaching 735 million yen.
In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (2Q), the net income surged 15 times that of the same period last year, reaching 236 million yen. The operating profit margin drastically improved from 0.2% in the same period last year to 5.6%.
