Members Co, Net Income Forecast for First Half Turns to Profit, Exceeds Expectations

Earnings ReportMembers Co. ,Ltd. <2130> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on July 31st (15:30). The net income/loss (non-consolidated) for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to June) was loss of 41 million yen.
In addition, the April to September period (first half) net income has been revised upward from an expected loss of 40 million yen to a profit of 60 million yen, turning to a profit.
Furthermore, the full-year net income forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 800 million yen(compared to 349 million yen in the previous period).
