LIFULL Co.,Ltd. <2120> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on February 12th (15:30). The consolidated net income/loss for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending September 2025 (October to December) turned into a profit of 0.38 billion yen (compared to a loss of 0.4 billion yen in the same period last year). However, the progress rate toward the full-year plan of 1.9 billion yen was 20.2%, also falling below the five-year average of 45.4%.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (1Q), the operating profit/loss margin drastically improved from -0.7% in the same period last year to 7.8%.
